FOR RATES WITH FREE CANCELLATION, A 30% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, WHICH IS CONSIDERED A CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 1385 OF THE ITALIAN CIVIL CODE
-RATE WITH FREE CANCELLATION IF NOTIFIED BY EMAIL UP TO 14 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN, WITH A FULL REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT PAID.
IF CANCELLATION OCCURS FROM THE 13TH DAY PRIOR TO CHECK-IN, THE CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW, THE CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RATES, THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE STAY IS REQUIRED AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION AND/OR NO-SHOW OR A SHORTER STAY THAN BOOKED.
THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN EITHER RATE.
